Among Our Things

A grey cat sits among the fruit plates on a coffee table and stares straight into the lens; a tabby sleeps on a toilet lid. On the street, a ginger stray crouches on a bin and a black-and-white cat looks back from a shop step. A border collie sniffs the verge of a mountain road, then sits in an open car boot. Each animal has claimed one of our things.
